So I’ve been thinking that if I join a gym it’ll give me extra motivation to actually go because I’ll be paying for it. I’m always moving around at work and eating majority healthily but I need to get back into a gym routine but I’ve never really had one. The only time I had one was when I was a cheerleader and did cheer for 9 hours a week.
Thoughts?
Should really try this. I seem to always cramp up my shoulders at some point when I actually end up working out.
